Structuurjunk Projectmanagement & Consultancy is founded by Lisa Schrijvers.
Lisa stands for: Leadership, Initiate, Structure, Action. I am optimistic and love the hunt for new opportunities in everything I come across, have an eye for detail, can be very critical but become very enthusiastic if I can initiate, create and connect with people and connecting them with each other. By doing just that I value the impact I have on my surroundings and in my projects.
I'm not mainstream I am my own stream. Have strong personal values and I dare to stand for them. I want to inspire and encourage those around me to do the same.
I don't fit in a box, and don't want to. I thrive in operating in the in-between. I need to know the bigger picture of what i'm doing and keep track of the little details to connect these dots and that's how I operate at my best. That's when I'm in my element.
Which means I work best in an environment where I can take the space to initiate and have freedom to operate how it suits best for me. Where i'll inform everyone involved along the way and expect to be informed as well. That how we can work together in the most effective way and to get the best results.
